Hasty hookups
Internet dating is so last week. All the getting-to-know-you E-mails and exchanging of photos just mucks up the works.
That's why impatient singles will love Zogo, a new phone-based dating company that lets you "cut right to the chase," according to CEO Jonathan Ressler.
Members surf profiles using either their PC or cell phone, then invite someone to chat; if the other party is interested, Zogo automatically connects
them without displaying any numbers. The best feature: On the Prowl, where users can search pix and profiles of fellow members currently in the same
neighborhood. Close to 10,000 singles are already using Zogo to "hook up" - which "means whatever you want it to," says Ressler. Zogo is currently
free, but will eventually cost $12.99 per month. If the first chat goes well, don't forget to get digits. Sign up at
