For lusty, tech-savvy New Yorkers always on the go, a dating service that's cell-phone compatible seems ideal. Zogo (www.zogo.com) offers a free system that uses GPS technology to track other users in your zip-code-sized area, and announces to them that you're on the prowl (there are nearly 10,000 subscribers in the New York region).
